  3. Communication/Cell Signal
  4. Cleanliness
  5. Function
  6. Hazards
  7. Minimal Red Zones/Transitional Spaces
  8. People
  9. Reputation
  10. Secure (Guards, Cameras, Call Buttons)
  11. Well Lit
