Jackery Solar Generator 3000 PRO

With a hefty 3024Wh battery and a solid 3000W output, it’s perfect for everything from camping trips to emergency home backup. What I like is how fast it charges — you’re looking at about 2.4 hours from a wall outlet, or a few hours with the solar panels if you’re soaking up the sun.
It’s got plenty of ports, including USB-C and standard AC outlets, so you can keep your devices, appliances, and even some heavier gear running. The design is surprisingly user-friendly, with an app that lets you monitor everything remotely, which is handy if you’re not right next to the unit.
Sure, it’s on the heavier side at 102 pounds, but for the power it delivers, that’s understandable. Whether you’re prepping for power outages or just want a clean energy source on the go, this unit covers a lot of bases.
What People Say
People really appreciate how reliable this generator is during emergencies, especially for running refrigerators and freezers. The fast charging and app control get a lot of praise, though some mention it’s a bit heavy and the solar panels and accessories can be pricey. Overall, it’s seen as a top-tier option for serious power needs.
🗣️ petra
I used this during a hurricane power outage to run two big freezers, two fridges, and some lights. It kept everything going for a long time, and having multiple units made us feel really safe. It’s heavy but still easy enough to store and take camping or on road trips. The Jackerys are definitely a solid backup when the power goes out.
🗣️ DJRoberts54
The fast charging is impressive — it took under 2 hours to go from 30% to full charge. I tested it by running my 25 cubic foot refrigerator, and it lasted over 27 hours before needing a recharge. The app is easy to use and gives you real-time info on battery and power usage, which makes managing the unit really simple. It’s a great option for keeping essentials powered during outages.
Versatility
This generator works well for a variety of situations — from RV trips and camping to home backup during storms. It supports a wide range of devices, from small gadgets to larger appliances, and offers multiple charging methods including wall, solar, and car.

Jackery Solar Generator 1000 v2 + 200W
The Jackery Solar Generator 1000 v2 with its 200W solar panel is a solid all-rounder when you want dependable portable power without the fuss. It packs a 1,070Wh LiFePO4 battery that’s lightweight enough to carry around (just under 24 pounds) and can handle a 1,500W AC output, so it’s great for camping, RV trips, or even emergency backup at home.
What’s cool is how quickly it charges — you can get from zero to full in about an hour if you use the emergency charging mode via the Jackery app. It’s got a nice mix of ports, including USB-C, USB-A, and AC outlets, so you can juice up everything from your phone to a mini fridge. 🗣️ Gil L
I tested the Jackery Explorer 1000 against another popular power station by running a 1000W heater for an hour. The Jackery still had 40% battery left and stayed quiet and cool the whole time. It’s lighter and easier to carry than the competitor, plus it has a handy 12V cigarette lighter port that the other didn’t. Overall, it managed battery life really well and felt more reliable during my test runs.
🗣️ basil_
I was torn between the Ecoflow Delta 2 and the Jackery Explorer 1000 v2, but the Jackery won me over mainly because it was $50 cheaper and had a slightly bigger battery. I liked that the AC outlets are upfront, which makes it easier to use in emergencies. Charging speeds were solid once I got the hang of the app’s modes, and it’s quieter than my previous power station. It’s not the beefiest build out there, but it’s rugged enough and lighter to carry around.
Versatility
This generator fits a wide range of uses — from powering tools on a job site to keeping your essentials running during outages or camping trips. It handles everything from small gadgets to medium-sized appliances, and the multiple charging options (solar, wall, car) make it flexible for different situations.

With a hefty 2400W output and a massive 2048Wh battery, it’s perfect for keeping your fridge running during outages or powering up your camping gear without the usual noise and fuss. It’s on the heavier side at about 67 pounds, but the built-in wheels and telescoping handle make moving it around way easier than you’d expect.

The quiet operation and solid build quality get a lot of love, along with the convenience of wheels and handles for portability. Some users also highlight the quick charging and the ability to power a wide range of devices simultaneously.
🗣️ Dustin
First off Anker is the only brand. Now that that’s out of the way let’s talk about this power bank. In the words of OutKast, this thing is a hoss stallion with skates on. It will do anything you throw at it. From running your favorite appliance to running a TV and game console. You name it, the Anker Powerhouse will do it. It makes camping a lot less like camping and a lot more like being at home with an amazing view. I wish I could do video reviews of their products. I would love to have the Anker solix solar panels to go with this unit so I could get that extended outdoor life. Maybe one day I will start a YouTube channel and do reviews because I am a country boy with a lot of toys and this Anker power bank runs all those toys. Anker 4 Life !!
🗣️ Patrick L. Mccabe
Unlike so many manufacturer claims, this F2000 with the additional 760 extension battery is in fact all it’s claimed to be. I waited for a few months to rate it, mainly to be sure it actually works as stated… now after two short power outages, I can say it does. With virtually nothing to assemble or set up, quick charging and 4096 Wh life, it kept my refrigerator running during one power outage, and my central gas furnace running during another without a hitch. It is designed for easy use, takes up little room and while it is no lightweight rig, the wheels and handle make it easy to move about. No, it won’t keep a refrigerator or furnace running for more than about 7 hours, but when it’s in the 20s outside, it allows my furnace to run and keep my home warm during short (a few hours) power outages. The bonus is that I don’t need a gas powered generator with associated headaches that comes with a generator, and that for me is a major selling point.
Versatility
This solar generator is a jack-of-all-trades. It’s just as handy for emergency home backup as it is for outdoor camping or RV trips.
Whether you’re running a fridge, furnace, or entertainment system, it handles the load without breaking a sweat. The multiple AC and USB ports mean you can power everything from your phone to power tools. Plus, it supports solar charging, so you can keep it topped up off the grid.
Eco Friendliness
Tapping into solar power with the optional panels means you’re reducing reliance on gas generators and noisy, polluting fuel. The lithium-ion battery is designed for long life, so you’re not constantly replacing it, which is better for the planet. It’s a solid step toward cleaner, quieter, and more sustainable power wherever you go.
Why It Works
- Massive 2400W output powers multiple devices including high-wattage appliances
- Quiet operation lets you camp or use it indoors without noise disruptions
- Built-in wheels and telescoping handle make moving this heavy unit manageable
- Fast charging and multiple ports cover all your devices at once
- Durable design backed by a 5-year warranty for peace of mind

I’ve had this power pack for over 18 months now and it works great. I mainly use it to charge battery packs on job sites and run a small air compressor. I even ran a small miter saw a few times and it handled it without issues. It’s a handy little power pack that’s reliable and gets the job done.
🗣️ Robert M
After using a gas generator during a storm, I wished I had this for backup power. I tested it with a 1500 watt space heater and a 5000 BTU window AC unit, and it worked perfectly. CORE 12 Person Tent
If you’re looking for a tent that really feels like a little home away from home, the CORE 12 Person Tent is a great pick. It’s huge inside, with nearly straight walls that give you plenty of standing room and space to move around comfortably.
Whether you’re camping with a big family or a group of friends, this tent can fit up to 12 people if you’re just sleeping, or 6 with gear and air mattresses. It’s designed for 3-season camping, so it handles rain and wind pretty well thanks to its 1200mm water-resistant fabric and a fully taped rainfly.
Plus, it has two rooms separated by a divider, which is handy for a bit of privacy or just to keep things organized. Setting it up takes a bit of effort given its size, but the color-coded poles make it easier to figure out. It’s not the lightest tent out there, but if you’re car camping or staying put for a while, it’s a solid, roomy shelter that keeps you dry and comfortable.
What People Say
People appreciate how roomy and well-ventilated this tent is, especially for family camping trips. The rainfly and water resistance get solid marks for keeping the inside dry during storms.
While it’s a bit heavy and large, most agree it’s perfect for car camping or longer stays where space and comfort matter more than packability.
🗣️ Erica
We’ve had this tent for about two years now and have been really happy with it. It’s relatively quick to put up given its size, and it’s stayed dry even in downpours. There are three of us plus a Great Dane who use it, and it feels very spacious – we place three twin-size air mattresses and a large dog bed along the edges and still have lots of room for gear and plenty of open floor space to use in the middle. The curtain that separates the tent into two “rooms” is useful when the dog is wet and we want to limit her to one side. The high ceiling makes it feel more like a small cabin than a tent, so it’s a comfortable place to hang out when the weather takes a turn. Although it’s got a large footprint, we’ve never had trouble setting it up at even smallish tent sites. I do wish there were more hanging pockets around the edges for things like glasses and flashlights, and the zipper covers can make it a bit of a struggle to quickly open the door at times, but those are minor things. We’re overall really happy with our choice and would definitely recommend this tent.
🗣️ Samantha Hessling
Tent kept us completely dry through almost 5 straight days of heavy rain and big storms. There was a short dry spell on day 3 that did let us shake off the rain fly and reset a bit. There were a couple of drops that made it past the rain fly onto the outside of the tent on that Day 3, but nothing got inside the tent itself. The double vestibules were awesome, loved the flexibility they allowed. Set-up was easy as these big cabin tents go. This is my third tent of this size and the first to come with the side stabilizing poles which definitely helped tremendously during the big storm gusts. The tent stakes could use an upgrade, the room divider was sort of useless. But altogether this is the best two room cabin tent I’ve had so far.
Versatility
This tent shines when you’re camping with a big group or family and want a comfortable base camp. It’s not for backpacking or quick hikes, but for car camping, weekend getaways, or longer trips where you want plenty of space and a reliable shelter.
The two-room layout helps separate sleeping and gear areas, making it easier to stay organized.
Eco Friendliness
While it’s not solar-powered or anything high-tech, the CORE tent is made with durable polyester and designed to last many seasons, which means less waste over time. Using a tent like this for camping encourages spending time outdoors and appreciating nature, which is always a plus for eco-conscious adventurers.
What Makes It Great
- Spacious interior with nearly straight walls for easy movement and standing room
- Fits up to 12 people without gear or 6 comfortably with air mattresses and equipment
- Water-resistant fabric and fully taped rainfly keep you dry in rainy weather
- Two-room design with divider for privacy or organization
- Color-coded poles simplify the setup process despite the tent’s size

The straight walls give you plenty of headroom, so you’re not constantly bumping your head, and the waterproof double-layer polyester fabric keeps things dry during light rain. It’s not a quick pop-up tent, so you’ll want to set aside some time and maybe a helper to get it up, but once it’s set, it feels like a roomy cabin perfect for family camping trips, picnics, or any outdoor gathering where space matters. Just keep in mind it’s best for fair weather camping since it’s not built for heavy storms.

Loved this tent for our camping trip! We bought the 8 person tent and it fit a queen and twin mattress with lots of room for our bags. The extension portion is great to cover food or just have as a space to lay out. We had pretty strong winds during our 2 day trip and the tent was strong enough to stay up! Setup was easiest as well, took about 10 minutes with two people. The rain canopy was a great addition and airflow was excellent.

I set this tent up in my backyard first to get the hang of it, and even on uneven ground it held up well. The setup and takedown are pretty simple, just make sure you have a flat spot big enough for the tent and the guy lines. The tent is roomy enough to fit nine sleepers comfortably, and I’m 6’6″ so being able to almost stand up in the center was a nice surprise. Overall, it’s solidly built and does exactly what you want from a family tent.

🗣️ Sara
I haven’t fully tested this tent out yet, but setting it up was a breeze—just a minute or two and it was ready. I got the larger size because camping with my dog and cat meant the smaller one felt cramped, especially in bad weather. The locking poles and hinge protectors are features I really appreciate, especially after dealing with a tent that collapsed in wind. The only thing I’m a bit iffy about is the zipper placement at the corner, which might leave a tiny gap. Still, it’s super easy to set up and take down, and I’m hopeful it’ll hold up well on our first real trip.
🗣️ Mike H.
We’ve had this tent for a year and used it a few times before, but it really impressed us during a severe thunderstorm with lightning, heavy rain, and strong winds. I love this tent!!! We have had this for 2 years now and are still very happy with it! I love the color, size and durability. We camp with another couple and there is a small privacy sheet between us that is perfect. It can comfortably fit 4-5 people. I love the door. You don’t need to zipper it up and it swings like a normal door. Time saver. It does not take long to set up and it looks great. We have had no leaking or holes and have slept in a rain storm more than once. You get what you pay for. Buy the tent!

I grabbed this 6-person tent for our family camping trips, and I’ve been really impressed, especially considering the price! While it’s advertised as a 6-person tent, I think that’s a bit generous unless everyone’s just got sleeping bags. For us, it easily fits a queen-size air mattress with room to spare for gear or walking around, which is perfect for a small family. Setting it up is super easy – truly a breeze. And it’s definitely held its own against both wind and rain on our trips without any issues at all. Setting up the tent was straightforward as long as you follow the directions. We initially tried to guess where the poles went and had to start over after mixing a couple of them up. Once we identified which poles went where, the process was quick and easy. The tent is incredibly spacious. I was able to fit two queen mattresses inside, placing them at opposite ends, with plenty of room left in the middle. The privacy screen was a great feature—I appreciated that it could be adjusted for partial or full coverage, allowing my kids to still see me. The interior hooks were another thoughtful touch, perfect for hanging small solar lanterns. The tent held up well during a windy night. Despite swaying and being hit by branches from a nearby bush, the structure felt sturdy and reliable. Packing it away solo was a bit of a challenge. Having a second person to help with folding would have made the process much easier. Overall, this tent is spacious, durable, and family-friendly, with a few minor considerations for setup and takedown.

I love this thing. I purchased it in May. My fiance helped me put it up in the yard, and although you do need two people to do so, it’s not very difficult, and the video helped a ton. It’s held up extremely well. I’m going to be taking it down for the winter because of the snow, but it has done well against wind and rain over the months since it’s been in our yard. It’s pretty massive, and I at 5’4 can stand up no problem inside of it. I would recommend it to a family or group of people for sure. Plenty of room and windows, and hooks to hang lights on.

We just got this and love it! It will hold a queen blow up but it will be snug, 2 cots or a full is recommended if you want room for your luggage. Set up was a breeze, 2 people can get it done in about 10 minutes. The material feels better than your typical kids tent, and the zippers work smoothly. The floor liner is thicker than most, which I really appreciate. The mesh dome lets in a nice breeze and gives a great view of the stars on clear nights. The only downside is the fly doesn’t cover the front mesh fully, so you might want a tarp for extra rain protection or privacy.

FAQ
What Should I Consider When Choosing a Solar Generator Among the Top Sellers?
When selecting a solar generator, I focus on several key factors to ensure it fits my needs. First, I look at the power capacity and output wattage to match the devices I plan to run, such as refrigerators or power tools. Battery capacity, measured in watt-hours, determines how long the generator can supply power.
I also consider charging options—whether it supports fast charging from wall outlets, solar panels, or car adapters. Portability and weight matter if I plan to move it frequently. Features like quiet operation, smart app control, and multiple output ports (AC, USB-A, USB-C) enhance usability.
Lastly, I weigh the price against build quality and warranty. For example, the Jackery Solar Generator 3000 PRO offers 3,000 watts output and a 3,024Wh battery for $1,999.00, which is a premium but reliable choice for serious backup or off-grid use.
How Effective Are Solar Panels Included With These Generators, and Can I Expand the System?
From my experience and reviews, the included solar panels generally provide efficient charging under good sunlight conditions. For instance, Jackery’s SolarSaga 200W panels charge their units well but come at a higher price compared to no-name competitors.
I noticed some users mention that the Jackery system stops charging if panel output drops below about 20 watts, which can be a drawback in overcast weather. Expansion is possible on many models, but it often requires additional accessories like splitters and longer cables, which can add significant cost.
Some models, like the Jackery 3000 PRO, do not support battery expansion beyond their built-in capacity. So, if I plan to scale up, I check compatibility and factor in extra expenses for panels and connectors.
What Are Practical Tips for Using Solar Generators During Power Outages or Outdoor Activities?
I find it helpful to prioritize essential devices to maximize runtime—running a refrigerator and a few lights rather than multiple high-wattage appliances simultaneously. Monitoring battery levels via the manufacturer’s app or display helps me manage usage and charging cycles effectively.
Charging the generator during the day with solar panels or wall outlets ensures I have power when needed. I also recommend using energy-saving modes if available to extend battery life.
For portability, consider the generator’s weight; heavier units like the Jackery 3000 PRO (102 pounds) are better suited for stationary backup, while lighter models like the Jackery 1000 v2 (about 24 pounds) are easier for camping. Lastly, be aware of the noise level—many top models offer quiet operation, which is a big plus for camping or indoor use during outages.
Wrapping Up
Choosing the right solar generator can transform your outdoor experiences and emergency preparedness. From the powerful Jackery Solar Generator 3000 PRO to the budget-friendly Vtoman bundle, each option offers unique benefits tailored to different needs. Whether you prioritize performance, portability, or value, this comparison provides clear insights to help you select a reliable and efficient power solution.
Investing in a quality solar generator not only ensures peace of mind during outages but also supports sustainable energy use for your adventures and daily life.
